I was skeptical when my husband suggested we watch the DC fireworks on television, but I became a convert and ended up taking hundreds of (impressionistic) pictures of the screen. Here are a few of my favorite explosions. Ineffably lovely!

Yes, I watched the National Fourth Of July fireworks on TV also and found it a really good show ! There were famous music performers both of the older gneration and newer. The MC did a wonderful job. As you pointed out, watching a great fireworks performance on TV can be fun !…Great photos !
