That looks great. You guys ever stand inline at Hot Doug’s?
Celia says
Once, back in its Roscoe Village days. . . now, it’s quite a trek to reach Hot Doug’s . . . but I understand it’s still a mecca. Our go-to place at the moment is Murphy’s on Belmont at Sheffield. (Fabled to have a sister store in Japan! I always wonder if that’s true. . . .)

Celia says
wait–are you Doug?
Doug says
Nope ..not Hot Doug…sorry.
Celia says
Had to ask.
Harley says
That is a totally fantastic looking hot dog !!! Great picture—now I am hungry !!!……….Mr.C sure knows how to create the “Chicago dog.”
Celia says
right down to the celery salt. . . .
go for it!
Harley says
That is a good point–the celery salt is the final touch on the correctly made Chicago hot dog !!!
Jody says
Did you already eat the sport peppers?
Celia says
A good eye, and a comment from one who really knows her dogs. . . we are honored to have such a reader!
Jody says
