On Tuesday, Lake Michigan was roiled with peripheral winds from Hurricane Sandy. I had to go to the office, but my husband managed to go see the waves. This was the scene that he found off of Recreation Drive.

Those are very nice and dramatic pictures! I wonder what type of camera he was using. . . .Concerning the first photo: if you look closely to the far left and in the horizon the water-pumping crib can be seen!! Tell your husband–nice photos!

August–thank you; I was sorry not to be there, too. There were motorists stopped along the Drive taking pictures–even though they weren’t supposed to–it was just too dramatic a sight.
